  I found the employee kind of rude but I'm not sure if he just has a grumpy personality, if it was just a bad day, or if he was just rude to me. I asked him a few questions- needs customer service training.

  I sold some jewelry here today and the man working here was unnecessary aggressive. I really felt like he was patronizing me. I just wanted to sell some old jewelry - I did need a condescending lecture. I will definitely never come back.
